Website Builds
How long does it take to build my website?

Most websites go live within 1–2 weeks from when we receive all your content. The biggest factor in timing is how quickly you can get us your photos, business details, and service descriptions.

If you're in a hurry, let us know in your brief and we'll do our best to prioritise.

Do I have to write the content myself?

No — we can write all the copy for you as part of the build. We'll ask you to fill out our intake form which gives us everything we need: your services, service areas, about your business, and any key selling points.

If you'd prefer to write your own content, that's fine too. Just supply it in a document or email.

What's the difference between a one-page and five-page website?

A one-page site has all your information on a single scrolling page — services, about, photos, and contact. It's clean, fast, and great for sole traders or businesses wanting a strong online presence without complexity.

A five-page site gives you separate pages for Home, About, Services, Gallery, and Contact. More pages means more content for Google to index, which helps with SEO — especially if you want to rank for specific services or suburbs.

Do I own my website once it's built?

Yes — 100%. Once your final payment is made, you own all the files, code, and content. We'll hand everything over to you. You're never locked in with us.

What if I need changes after the site goes live?

Every build includes a 30-day post-launch support window for bug fixes and minor tweaks at no extra charge.

After that, you can engage us for updates on an ad-hoc basis, or sign up for one of our Website Services plans which cover ongoing updates and maintenance.

Do you handle domain names and hosting?

We can advise you on the best domain and hosting setup for your needs. If you don't already have a domain, we'll recommend where to register one.

Hosting is a separate cost not included in the build price — we'll give you our recommendation based on your site size and budget. Our Website Services plan includes managed hosting.

Will my site show up on Google?

Every site we build includes basic on-page SEO — page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, Google Maps integration, and local suburb references.

We'll also submit your site to Google Search Console so it gets indexed quickly. Ranking well for competitive keywords takes time — if you want fast results, Google Ads is the quickest path to leads.

Logo & Branding
What's included in a logo design?

Every logo package includes:

  • Professional logo design or redraw
  • Print-ready files (AI, SVG, PDF)
  • Web-ready PNG with transparent background
  • Colour variations (full colour, white, black)
  • 2 rounds of revisions

Our New Logo & Brand package also includes a brand colour palette and font guide.

What's the difference between a logo fix and a new logo?

A Logo Fix / Redraw ($199) is for when you have an existing logo that needs cleaning up — maybe it's low-resolution, a blurry photo, or needs to be redrawn as a proper vector file. We'll recreate it cleanly from scratch in the same style.

A New Logo & Brand ($399) is for businesses that need a completely new logo designed from the ground up, including colour palette and brand identity.

How many revisions do I get?

Both logo packages include 2 rounds of revisions. A revision round means you review the design, give us your feedback, and we update it. If you need further revisions beyond the included rounds, these are charged at our hourly rate.

Google Ads
How does Google Ads management work?

We set up and manage your Google Ads campaigns on your behalf. There are two costs involved:

  • Ad spend: The money you pay Google directly for the ads to run. This is your own budget — it goes straight to Google, not to us.
  • Management fee: Our weekly fee ($99/wk) to build, monitor, and optimise your campaigns.
How much should I spend on ads?

It depends on your trade, location, and competition. As a general guide, most tradie businesses see good results with an ad spend of $500–$1,500/month.

We'll recommend a budget based on your goals and area when we put together your quote.

Can you guarantee results from Google Ads?

No — and anyone who guarantees specific results from Google Ads is not being honest with you. Results depend on your budget, your trade, your service area, competition, and market conditions.

What we can guarantee is that your campaigns will be set up and managed professionally, with the goal of getting you the best possible return on every dollar you spend.

Do I own my Google Ads account?

Yes — always. We manage your account on your behalf, but the account belongs to you. If you ever stop working with us, we hand over full access and you keep everything.

Payment & Contracts
How do I pay and what are the payment terms?

For website builds, we require a 50% deposit to start work, with the remaining 50% due before the site goes live.

For logo and branding, full payment is required upfront.

Ongoing services (website maintenance, Google Ads management) are billed monthly or weekly in advance. We accept bank transfer and credit card.

Are there any lock-in contracts?

No lock-in contracts — ever. Our ongoing services (website maintenance, Google Ads) are month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days notice, no questions asked.

Website builds are a one-off project with a deposit and final payment. There's no ongoing obligation after your site is live.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

We include revision rounds in every project for exactly this reason. If you're not happy, let us know and we'll work with you until you are.

If there's ever a genuine issue, we'll address it directly and fairly. Our reputation depends on our clients being happy — we take that seriously.
